Turn scattered records into a timeline you can understand.
Preserve notes, messages, photos, documents, BAC readings, and imported OurFamilyWizard history in one private record. Notarus organizes it over time, surfaces evidence-linked observations, and helps you create a focused report when you choose to share.
Free to start, no credit card. Works without anyone else joining. Observations describe the record—not people, intent, or cause.

See patterns in the record—not conclusions about people.
Notarus can surface measurable patterns in timing, frequency, change, stability, and repeated relationships. Every observation explains why it appeared, links to the supporting records, and shows relevant counter-context.
- Every statement links back to the records considered.
- The calculation, scope, and limits are visible.
- Counterexamples are shown instead of hidden.
Communication followed 5 of the last 6 recorded schedule-change events within 72 hours.
One schedule-change event in the same period had no related communication record.
View 6 supporting records →One private record. More than one reason to use it.
Notarus works without anyone else joining and does not force personal history into a single legal or family use case.

Preserve now. Organize later.
Keep source material, timestamps, people, categories, corrections, and imported provenance connected. The full record remains intact while you choose the exact window needed for the next conversation.
Share only what matters.
Preview a selected date range, then download a PDF or create a private, expiring, revocable link. Verification can confirm report integrity; it does not decide truth or credibility.
Turn a sobriety calendar into a focused one-page report.
Choose a range or use the three-month preset. Preview monthly snapshots, a concise consistency summary, the covered period, and generation date before you download or share.
- Uses only existing user-recorded statuses.
- “No entry” is never interpreted as sobriety.
- Download PDF and private sharing are separate actions.
No one else has to join.
Notarus is private to the account owner. Another person does not need an account for you to preserve a record or for them to review what you intentionally share.
Integrity is not the same as truth.
Notarus can show when material was preserved and whether a report matches its verification record. It does not decide credibility, give legal advice, diagnose people, or promise admissibility.

People first. Better decisions.

Know what Notarus does—and what it does not.
What does tamper-evident actually prove?
A fingerprint can show whether preserved record content or a report file still matches its recorded fingerprint. It does not establish that a statement is true or decide credibility.
Does my co-parent or anyone else need to join?
No. Notarus works as a private account for the person keeping the record. A recipient can review an intentionally shared PDF or secure link without becoming a participant in your account.
Is Notarus a law firm or legal advice?
No. Notarus is a recordkeeping tool. It does not give legal advice, decide admissibility, or replace instructions from an attorney, court, program, or other qualified professional.
How private are my records?
Records are private to your account by default. Nothing is shared until you create a report or hosted link and choose to provide it.
Can I share only part of my timeline?
Yes. Choose the relevant dates, people, categories, order, and attachments so a recipient sees the focused window you intended to share.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export your records or delete your account and records from settings. Import removal keeps source-file and projected-record choices explicit.
Notarus is a private recordkeeping tool. It is not a co-parent messaging system, law firm, monitored-testing service, or a promise of admissibility.
Start with one record while the details are fresh.
Preservation is free. Nothing is shared until you choose.
