Start with what happened. Build a timeline you can understand.
Keep notes, messages, photos, documents, and readings together as life unfolds. When someone needs context, share only the relevant records.
Private by default. Free to start. No one else needs to join.
Preserve a record
Write the note while it is fresh. Sign in or create an account to save it to your private timeline.
See what happened, in order.
Each note, saved message, photo, document, or reading stays with its date, people, category, and source. The timeline makes the sequence clear without changing the underlying record.

Check the report Notarus recorded.
Notarus keeps narrow technical details about a record and the report made from it. They help with a report-identity lookup; they do not decide whether a statement is true.
A matching lookup does not inspect the file someone holds or prove that the report’s statements are true.
One record. Different parts of life.
Start where the details are hardest to keep straight. The same private timeline can hold the rest when you need it.

A few things to know before you start.
Are my records private?
Yes. Records are private to your account by default. Creating or previewing a report does not share it. Someone else sees it only when you intentionally send the PDF or report link.
Does my co-parent or anyone else need to join?
No. Your Notarus account is private to you. Anyone you choose can view a shared report without joining.
What does a fingerprint tell me?
A record fingerprint can show whether the current content matches its stored fingerprint. A report QR looks up the report ID and fingerprint Notarus recorded when the report was generated. Neither check proves that any statement is true.
Can I share only part of my timeline?
Yes. Filter by date, person, relationship, or category, then preview every matching record before you share. Records outside those filters are not included.
Notarus is private recordkeeping software. It is not a co-parent messaging service, law firm, or monitored-testing service, and it cannot guarantee how a record will be treated.
Your timeline can start with one entry.
